This is the first 4 weeks of a home workout program. Originally created for my clients during Covid (when gyms were closed) this program focuses on the bodyweight fundamentals to help you safely and efficiently make fitness progress in the comfort of your own home. If you prefer to add in weights, you’re able to do so with this program as well.

What’s included:

+ 4 weeks of workouts (3 strength training + 1 cardio rec per week)
