This is the first 4 weeks of a weight loss program. Originally created for my clients (who are almost all new to fitness with weight loss as a primary goal) this program focuses on the strength training basics with progressive overload to build muscle, tone up, and lose fat.
What’s included:

+ 4 weeks of workouts (3 strength training + 1 cardio per week)

You will have access to edit the sheet, adjust weight, and add notes for yourself. Each workout has its own sheet with editable notes/weight sections, you’ll see your progress week-over-week!
